Privacy and terms
Heirtune is an independent service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Questions: hello@heirtune.com.
What we collect
Only what you send in our forms (name, email, phone, project details). We use it to deliver your order and reply to you. We do not sell it. Form submissions are stored by our host, Cloudflare.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How songs are made
Lyrics are written and edited by us from your story. Vocals and music are produced with AI music tools under a plan that grants commercial use, then reviewed by a person.
Refunds
If the finished song misses, we redo it once in another style. If you cancel before lyrics are delivered, full refund.
